Building upon the award-winning TT-4 turntable, all the core strengths of the original model have been preserved while every possible enhancement has been taken to the next level. The TT-4 MK2 offers superior damping through a thick rubber layer under the platter and features the top-tier Ortofon 2M Blue pickup. These upgrades work together with the original technology to deliver lower distortion and a more natural, transparent sound. Combined with a sleek, vintage-inspired design, the TT-4 MK2 adds an undeniable wow factor to any hi-fi setup.

Thorough Construction & Custom Components

A tonearm must be extremely lightweight yet exceptionally rigid. Carbon fibre excels in both areas, making it an ideal tonearm material. To maximise its performance, an upgraded Danish Ortofon 2M Blue cartridge has been mounted at the end of the arm. This cartridge features a Nude Elliptical diamond stylus that produces an open, highly detailed sound.

Complementing this premium pickup is a built-in high-quality MM amplifier designed to extract the absolute best performance from the tonearm and cartridge. The internal amplification has been custom-engineered using high-grade components to exceed typical performance levels at this price point. As a result, the TT-4 MK2 can be connected directly to any amplifier or active speakers — no external phono stage required. When the phono amp is switched off, it remains completely out of the signal path.

ATS – Anisotropic Torsion Stabilizer

Although the name sounds technical, the concept is simple. During development of the carbon fibre tonearm, internal resonances were discovered that could distort tracking performance. To eliminate this issue, a precise aperture was added along the underside of the tonearm. This cut does not affect weight or stiffness, but it effectively removes torsion-based resonances that would otherwise introduce unwanted distortion.

The result is cleaner, clearer, and more accurate audio reproduction — delivering some of the best sound available from any turntable in its category.
