Products like floor-standing speakers, AV receivers, projectors, and turntables are packed with extra care using reinforced packaging, foam inserts, and double-boxing where necessary. Some high-value items may be shipped via specialised freight services for added safety.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update the delivery address. Please contact us immediately at info@avstore.in or via WhatsApp. Once an order is in transit, the address cannot be changed.
Yes, in most cases the delivery executive will call you before attempting delivery. For large items requiring a freight delivery, our logistics partner will coordinate a delivery time slot with you in advance.
If you notice any damage to the outer packaging at the time of delivery, please record an unboxing video and take photographs before and after opening the package. Contact us within 48 hours at info@avstore.in with the images and video. We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. However, orders placed before 2 PM on business days are typically dispatched the same day or next business day, subject to stock availability.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Many products on AVStore ship free. For bulky or heavy items, a nominal shipping fee may apply based on your pin code and the product dimensions.
You can return a product within 15 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact. Please note that a 25% restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount.

Reverse pickup is available for limited pin codes. If your location is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the product to us using a reliable courier service. Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage in transit.
Refunds are processed to your AVStore wallet or original payment method (bank account) after we receive the returned product and complete a quality check. The refund amount will be 25% less than the product sale price, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once the returned product passes our quality check, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Bank processing times may add a few additional days depending on your payment method.
Yes, exchanges are possible for products of equal or higher value, subject to availability. Contact our support team to discuss exchange options. If the replacement product costs more, you will need to pay the difference.
If you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the issue. We will arrange a free return pickup and send you the correct product or a replacement at no additional cost. No restocking fee applies in this case.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed through the original payment method within 10–15 business days. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you would need to follow the return process after delivery.
Custom-installed systems, products with broken seals on in-ear monitors or earbuds (for hygiene reasons), and special-order items are generally not eligible for return. Please check the product page or contact us for specific return eligibility.
Yes, all products sold by AVStore carry the official manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and terms vary by brand and product category. Warranty details are mentioned on each product page and included with your purchase documentation.

AVStore acts as a facilitator between you and the manufacturer for warranty claims. Depending on the brand, claims may be handled by the manufacturer's authorised service network directly, or we may coordinate the entire process on your behalf.
Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Physical damage, water damage, misuse, unauthorised modifications, and damage from power surges or incorrect voltage are generally not covered.
While the original packaging is not mandatory for warranty claims, it is highly recommended — especially for shipping the product to a service centre. The original invoice or proof of purchase from AVStore is required for all warranty claims.
Timelines depend on the brand and the nature of the issue. Minor repairs may take 7–14 business days. If a replacement unit is needed, it depends on stock availability with the manufacturer. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Extended warranty options depend on the brand and product. Please contact us to check if an extended warranty is available for your purchase.
We can still help connect you with authorised service centres for out-of-warranty repairs. Repair costs in such cases will be borne by the customer. Contact us and we will guide you to the nearest service option.
Repeated warranty issues are taken seriously. If a product has undergone multiple warranty repairs for the same defect, please reach out to us. We will work with the manufacturer to explore options including a possible replacement or store credit, depending on the brand's policies.
Placing & Managing Orders
Browse our catalogue, add the desired products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation via email.
Yes, items added to your cart will remain there as long as you are logged in. However, prices and availability may change, so we recommend completing your purchase promptly for items you are keen on.
Log in to your AVStore account and navigate to the Orders section. You can see the current status of each order along with tracking details once shipped.
If the order has not been shipped, we may be able to modify it (change quantity, swap a product, update the address). Contact us as soon as possible at info@avstore.in. Once shipped, modifications are not possible.
Invoices are sent to your registered email after the order is shipped. You can also download them from the Orders section of your AVStore account. If you need a GST invoice, please ensure your GSTIN is provided at checkout.

Payment Methods & Issues
We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, popular wallets, and EMI options through our secure payment gateway powered by Razorpay. Cash on delivery (COD) may be available for select products and locations.
Yes, EMI options are available on select credit cards and through Razorpay's EMI partners. EMI availability and tenure options are displayed at checkout depending on your order value and card issuer.
Absolutely. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. AVStore does not store your card or banking details on our servers.
In rare cases of payment failure, the debited amount is usually auto-refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days. If you do not see the reversal after 7 days, contact us with your order details and transaction reference, and we will help resolve it.
Currently, only one payment method can be used per order. If you have store credit or a gift card, it can be applied in combination with another payment method where supported.
Yes, we provide GST-compliant invoices. Enter your GSTIN and business details at checkout, and the GST invoice will be generated and sent to your email along with the shipment.
