Refund policy

1. Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.

2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. The product amount will be credited back to his/her AVStore wallet, or bank, once we have received the products and quality check is done. The amount refunded will be 25% less than the price of the product(s) is/are sold at.

4. Refund of shipping charges is not applicable.

5. To schedule a return, please contact us. The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pincodes.

6. If you choose to self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.

7. Cancellations will be accepted if the order has not been shipped from our end. Refunds will be processed through the same online mode in 10-15 days.
